General Terms of Sale
The rules that apply to any order for the HiveProtect plugin placed on hiveprotect.ai.
Purpose
These terms apply to any order placed on hiveprotect.ai with SEO INTERNET (see the legal notice). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms, in the version in force on the day of the order.
What you are buying and at what price
You are buying a license to use the HiveProtect WordPress plugin, for the number of sites you choose, with the associated updates and services (license verification, HiveShield collective defense). Three plans are available: monthly, annual and lifetime.
Prices are those on the Pricing page at the time of the order. They are stated exclusive of tax, in euros, or in dollars if you choose that currency. VAT is added according to your country at the payment step.
Free trial
The trial lasts 15 days, for one site, with all features. It does not require a bank card. At the end of the trial, the plugin returns to its free features. A site whose license has expired cannot start a new trial.
Order and payment
Payment is made online at the time of the order, by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. The order is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted.
Delivery
The plugin is delivered digitally: a license key and the file to install, from your customer account.
Term, renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at each due date, at the price in force, until you cancel them. A reminder is sent to you seven days before. The lifetime plan is paid for only once.
You may cancel at any time from your customer account or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Money-back guarantee within 14 days
You may request a refund of your order within 14 days of purchase, without having to give a reason. Write to [email protected]: we refund you through the payment method used and the license is deactivated.
This 14-day period applies to all our customers, consumers and businesses alike.
License and use
The license allows you to use the plugin on the number of sites purchased. It is tied to the address of each site: to change a site's address, write to us.
When a license ends, because it is not renewed, is canceled or is refunded, the paid features stop: the plugin keeps working with its free features.
Warranties and liability
HiveProtect reduces the risks related to spam and attacks, but cannot guarantee that a site is safe from every attack: SEO INTERNET has an obligation of best efforts. The statutory warranties owed to consumers remain applicable.
For a business customer, SEO INTERNET's liability is limited to direct damages.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, contact us first: we will look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. For business customers, the Paris commercial court (tribunal de commerce de Paris) has jurisdiction.
